Our second network wide event started the 16th of November 2020 on Zoom. The ESR’s began the day with a morning coffee and a moment for themselves, in the afternoon the whole group came together for a detailed introduction and went over the agenda of the week. The ESR’s had the chance to practice their pitch with their workpackage-leaders and -colleagues so that they were ready to present their progress to the REA Representative on Wednesday. Tuesday was a day full of collaborations, progress reports, briefings and discussions. Everyone was up to date and ready for the Mid term check. Thursday and Friday were filled with refreshing trainings. Even though the event was not in person, it was a very nice week with very nice people and a lot of information, progress, updates, discussion, strategies, evaluation (by REA) and trainings!
