Adriana Moreno is a PhD Student at IMDEA Networks Institute. Before graduating she worked at the University of the Andes as an Assistant in the Electrical Circuits Laboratory for four years. After obtaining a BSc in Electrical Engineering at the University of the Andes in 2017, she went to teach Electronics and Digital Systems at the same university for a year.
She participated at the ORCA project of Millimeter-wave SDR based open experimentation (MISO) in 2019, as a PhD Student of the Wireless Networking Group at IMDEA Networks Institute.
Within the MINTS project, she studies the design of low-overhead channel estimation algorithms that acquire partial or full channel state information (CSI). Specifically, designs custom beam patterns for quick and efficient CSI measurements in devices with phased antenna arrays.
