
Kåre Agardh
Mr Kåre Agardh is a senior manager at the Sony research center in Lund, heading a group of experienced researchers in areas of radio, antennas and propagation. The group focuses on cellular communications and contributions to 3GPP, with a long history of successful university cooperations in topics such as massive MIMO, propagation and channel sounding, positioning and large intelligent surfaces.
Kåre holds a M.Sc. electrical engineering degree from Lund University and has a history of development, research and standardization particularly of wireless technologies for unlicensed operation such as 802.11, MulteFire, NR-U and Bluetooth. He has special interest in spectrum sharing and low energy consumption aspects.
